The Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) will support startup from idea to unicorn stages and wear one of the following hats:

§ Entrepreneur in Residence (Board Advisor): provide guidance and support to founders and startup CEO and leadership at the strategic level for the overall business success. Paid role.

§ Executive in Residence: help startup get introduced to corporate and large NPO to explore GTM and channel partnerships. Unpaid if employed by buying organization.

§ Expert in Residence: will work closely with the executive team members to provide advice on product strategy, product development, and product marketing. The EIR will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with potential partners. Paid role.

Qualification:

§ 5 Years minimum Professional experiences within our target sectors (Enterprise, Consumer, Health, Energy and Industry 4.0 or Hardware).

§ Proven achievement as transformational innovation in Digital, Scientific or Physical space within Global Fortune 2000, Startup with $10+ ARR or Enterprise NPO

§ US Resident with ability to work for any employer without requiring sponsorship

Requirement:

§ Availability to support at minimum 1 startup per month (1 hour weekly) via zoom

§ Office: you would work from home, but occasionally may meet with founders

§ Location: ideally based in east and west coast, or Austin, Chicago and Colorado.

Compensation:

§ $250 hourly rate paid per approved project and upon deliverables sign-off, plus cash and equity grants incentives contingent on startup and project size.

§ Ability to invest in future rounds of your supported startups, along converting to full-time leadership role with generous wealth building package.
